The northern part of Anastasia Island is what most people consider Saint Augustine Beach. The city of Saint Augustine Beach is only about three miles long by about one mile wide. Not long ago I had someone contact me looking for beachfront property. They said that for many years they enjoyed their summers at Crescent Beach. They did not want the upkeep of a oceanfront home so they were considering oceanfront condos. They were looking for a more private, upscale condo on the ocean. The city where they lived was only about an hour away and they wanted a beach house to slip away to. We looked at several condos at Crescent Beach and finally settled on Atlantic East . One thing they liked about Atlantic East condo is that Atlantic East limits their rentals to a six month minimum. You don't see many people and most of the people you see are owners. They liked the security gate and covered parking. We submitted offers and were able to get them a good buy on a condo at Crescent Beach.
